The attorneys STBB said that it was the PURCHASER duty to do the plans, and our dishonest agent Denise Johnson agreed knowing it was wrong thus costing us R4500. When she was confronted with regards to this she told me that she did not read the offer to purchase property. These people are dishonest a hens beware. They think they can offer clients with whiskey to make them happy, well Kyle it doesn't work with everybody.</p>
