Disgraceful and completely disrespectful

We decided to rent for the first time and went with Pam Golding as they were well know and were seemly professional. This was not the case unfortunately. The tenants were from hell, they damaged our property, **** and never paid rent on time or for damages incurred. However, you would \assume"that because you are paying a rental company who claim it is their business to handle such matters they would. Unfortunately they did not. We were threatened and felt like prisoners on our own property with Pam Golding doing nothing. The amounts of money which is still outstanding will simply not be paid and we have lost ALOT of money from damages to the property. Still to this day we are trying to get rid of the tenants **** off our property"
