Disappointing Service

My experience as first time home buyer with Pam Golding Aspen Hills has been nothing but disappointing & has left a sour taste in my mouth. From my experience the sellers interests are placed before mine. The agent advised me to serve notice at my rental because I could move into my new home but here I am now 4 days before I have to move in & now I am expected to pay occupational rent because the bond has not been lodged. I am seriously being taken for a ride & if I do not kick, scream & shout nothing gets done!

Honestly disappointed with the service & have deep regrets about making attempts to purchase the property
