Disappointed and frustrated

We sold our home and bought our new home through Pam Golding. We specified that we would not sell our house if we have not found a property yet. We reiterated to the agent that we don’t want to be stranded with no where to go. This is the reason why I’m absolutely devastated and disappointed with the service we are getting from Pam Golding. Taking into account that the fact that we did advise though it was not written down that we do not want to be stranded without a place to stay, we assumed that the agents would make it their priority to make sure that these two properties register on the same day by ensuring they advise the attorneys to work together. We did specify in the agreement of sale that the sale would be subject to us securing a property. We would not have said this if we had a place to go should the properties register at different times. The long and short of it is that the property that we live in registered while the one we are going to has not and that then makes us homeless without a place to go. We did not budget for any occupational rent, nor did we budget for storage costs. The money that is proceeds from the sale after the payment of the deposit is already budgeted for yet we find ourselves having to make all these arrangements that will cause us to be totally out of budget while the parties that could have monitored the process enjoy their commission.
