Determination of Contract

I have noted my agent that I want to cancel my contract on the 15th of January 2018. As per our contract I've placed a extra line with the exact wording of "As per telephone agreement I could cancel the contract before 1 year with no penalty if I get someone to take over my contract". I have roughly 10 people that was applying etc. Non of them did qualify from the Agent point of view. Pam Golding does not help me at all and do not advertise the unit as asked. According to them the images is not of an high enough standard to use on their website. I have lost possible people to take over the rent because the agent do not respond back to them. Now I am on the edge to lost my deposit, but no help from PAM GOLDING. The Agent is also not returning phone calls and do not answer any calls and are always in a meeting. The only way the agent is responding is via Whatsapp. So professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
