Commission before Customer Satisfaction

I approached Pam Golding Properties Northcliff or Watercrest, to find a tenant for my property. Sherley is the agent who was dealing with the property. She seemed eager to get a tenant in which was good for me to witness. Upon finding a tenant she would negotiate different arrangements with me and make other arrangements with the tenant. According to Sherley, tenants were due to move in on the 1st of Jan. I then receive a phone call from the tenants on the 27th of Dec, saying his truck is packed and ready to move. Upon speaking to Sherley, she verified that all will be done by the end of business day of the 28th. So I allow the move in good faith. Following up on the payment due to me, Sherley then confirms that payment will be done on the 3rd, the 3rd arrives and I wait for a bank notification up until 4pm. When called, she says "she was just about to call me," she confirmed that she had submitted. Jessica then calls me and says that Sherley just submitted everything with her only at 4:30pm, and that I have outstanding documents and letters that need to be written and submitted. At this point I'm furious but I cooperate because my bond is due on the 5th. On the 4th, silence once again as I await payment. I then call at 3pm and all the documents sent before the end of business day of the 3rd had not been submitted the whole day on the 4th. Sherley only forwards documents after my call and I'm then told that one of the letters should be signed in front of a commissioner but payment will be possible, according to Jessica. The 5th comes and I still wait, and I'm then told that payment is not possible without the commissioners stamp, at this point I'm in a remote area where printing and getting the letter signed and emailed again was not available. Today is the 6th and I submitted the letter, still no receipt. Sherley is no longer answering my calls and Jessica says "MAYBE" Monday. Tenants have been in the house since the 28th of Dec and the Landlord is still not paid by the 6th of Jan, with no definite confirmation as to when it will be made. According to me, this lease has no affect, as the agent has failed to deliver on their service. I'm leaving the country on Monday and Im considering terminating this lease as I have no thorough communication as to when my finances will be paid.
