Cold calling

I am a home owner who has never given my information to pam golding yet I receive a whatsapp asking if I want a free valuation on my property. I asked how the agent got my number and she rep**** that she got it from a their database of homeowners in the area. Please clarify where you got the database from as you have no right to access my personal cell number as I personally never gave you permission to callll me.
