Cheated and Deceived

Recently purchased a property and the land is subdivided. Estate agent failed to disclose this information and also has no clue where the boundary line is situated. Purchased the property for the yard and garden only but now had to bring in a surveyor to mark the boundary lines and land is now 30% smaller than where the fence currently stands!!! We are extremely disappointed in Pam Golding as a company. Definately won’t be using them again. Considering taking the matter further legally.
