Chareene Mota from the Randburg branch sent out her agent to value our property. Agent values our property under the amount we paid for it 3 years ago. When asked about it, agent says, this is for rates and taxes purposes so that you don't find yourself in a higher bracket. This is extremely ********* and seems that Chareene and her team endorse this ********* behavior. When I confronted Cahreene, she threatened to sue me. I have all the communication available as evidence.
