Broken Trust...Money makes the world go round!!!

I spoke to the agents at Pam Golding and raised a concern about their commission, they promised that I would get the best deal from them and guaranteed to get the asking price. At that stage I was still under the impression that the commission could be negotiated. Many other agents were willing to negotiate on the commission even other agents from Pam Golding. I received a ridiculous counter offer to which I counter offered again. This offer was due to expire on the Monday afternoon, when I received a call on another counter offer from the buyers giving me about an hour to accept or reject the offer telephonic. This was during work hours and found it unacceptable, as the agents told me that an offer always had to be presented in writing. Well needless to say I didn't get close to the asking price and the agents refused to negotiate on their commission, I was told that they were not allowed to negotiate on the commission. I raised my concerns with the agents in a message which was read but ignored.
