Bond but no house

I bought a house through Pam Golding Phalaborwa with Diaan De Bruin and the house was registered on the 23 of July 2019 on my name but up to so far i do not have the keys to the house and it is very frustrating because i am paying the bond but i do not have access to the house. My question is what exactly did Diaan sold me because i do have keys and access to the house. Diaan knew about the house situation but he and the attorneys continued to register the house now i am the one who is suffering and paying a bond but no house. Already i have paid 2 months bond installment and this will be the 3rd months meaning i am loosing and the agent has got his commission and he does not care anymore. It is really frustrating and stressful to pay for something you do not have. There are people staying on that house meaning the rates and taxes are charging me as i write this. Can Pam Golding do something about this situation.
