Best interest of property owner ignored

<p>Miss S.S became an agent on my Property Mimosahof 5 recently. Several times clear instructions were ignored by her. To clear things I asked for this agent to keep anything on paper regarding my property. Still the agent went ahead and against my better knowledge promised deals to possible tenants/buyers which I did not agree upon. I told the agent that I require written quotations for any work to be done on/at my property, I even put it down in writing after her email stated that she was going to have repair work done (right after I said I first need a formal qoute). She offered to let my property well below the rent I wanted and made decisions regarding my property without my consent. I asked this agent several times to keep everything in writing, yet she still did not act in my best interest. My property was promised to a tenant without knowing me in the contract. After the whole mess caused due to her deliberately ignoring my wishes I made it clear that all future dealings regarding my property should be placed on paper and she told me that Pam Golding relies on a trust system. Now this trust system has caused me great delay, I lost a possible tenant/buyer and if I went ahead with letting it to this person under S's promises it would have cost me a loss in the rental value. How can Pam Golding have an agent decide on an owner's behalf on rental prices and make deals before knowing the owner in the case first. I am disappointed in how a relationship with Pam Golding and myself has now been let down because of this new trust system she speaks of.</p>
