Worst service ever!! Be careful before you deal with Pam Golding Blouberg.

Pam Golding Western Seaboard are the worst estate agency in the country. Arrogant and totally pathetic service from agent Lizzy Botha at Pam Golding in Blouberg. I had to beg the agent to make an offer on a property, excuses that I must get a loan in 14 days, deposit of 20% must be paid immediately. Eventually I made an offer on a property, then I was told that I cant view the property again before the offer was accepted. Then the excuses began from the agent that she does not have time to assist me. They only want your money, the services stop when you sign offers.
