Bad Service

In October 2014 we relocated to Amanzimtoti from Middelburg. We rented a house from Pam Golding in Amanzimtoti. Viewing of property, promises where made that property will be cleaned. Garden were very untidy, pool filled with rotten water. Broken refuse bags all over garden. House and garage filled with owners property. Promises where made by Jenny of Pam Golding that property will be cleaned up. Deposit paid over and we where assured everything will be ready to move in. When we arrived at house, nothing was done. Various occasions spoke to Jenny at estate agent with no response. We cleaned ourselves and money spend to repair broken fence, garage doors, leaking taps, broken lite fittings and switches, replaced filter sand, repaired swimming pool pump and replaced water, 3 x 3,5ton truck loads of garden refuse. We even had a flee problem and had to fumigate garden and garage with no success. When we vacated the property, the house was in a 100% better condition that what we got it. Of my deposit, only R6500 was re payed Shortfall of over R4000. We requested a final account via email without response from Pam Golding Amanzimtoti. Matter also reported to EAAB and IEASA.
