I have used 3 different estate agencies in the last few years. Each of them came with their own list of positives and negatives. Yes, they try **** you. And keep your deposit. But as of now, only Pam Golding has succeeded in *****ing my money. It has been more than half a year since we have moved out of the property. We moved out before the end of our contract but paid for the entirety of the month, as stipulated by the contract. Before the next month began, they had moved other tenants into the estate and declared that we must pay another month rent. For... i suppose the new tenants? since the contract came to it's natural conclusion, i am at a loss how they claim we owe them money after the complete termination of a contract.

Be safe. Be intelligent and avoid this company. They have outright ****** money from myself and fellow tenants after - hilariously - they broke the contract whilst we kept our end.

There are words i would use to describe them. But i efar this site will restrict it to the imagination's asterisks.
