Avoid and Boycott Pam Golding Properties!
I would highly recommend that anyone in need of real estate agent services avoids Pam Golding Properties at all costs!!! They have absolutely no customer service, their attitudes are beyond disgusting and they don't do anything they should do to make the sale of property happen smoothly. Even when complaining to head office, they don't care about customer complaints and seem to think they are not responsible for their actions.

30 Aug 2022, 15:18The estate agent that was supposed to be giving us customer support was Brenda Courtney. She was useless and never followed through on her promises.
We also made complaints directly with the Fourways and Hyde Park offices where our complaints were basically ignored.
Brenda Courtney, Richard Smith, Jade Eblen and Nelson Ferreira all failed to assist and started ignoring our emails, whatsapp messages, phone calls and didn't respond to messages left at reception.
