APPALLED

I am laying this complaint on behalf of my mother Julia Dimakatso Mavimbela. Julia has recently rented out her house in Midstream Estate through Pam Golding. Her agent is Geoff o'Connell. The agent has been thoroughly inefficient! The tenant paid the rent on the 27th October to Pam Golding. It is the 6th November and Julia has not received payment from Pam Golding. She has to call the Agent and find out why the payment has not been made. They keep on asking for outstanding documents from my mom, documents that could have been asked before the contract was even signed. When Julia supplies those documents that are apparently with-holding the payment, she does not even receive a thank you from the agent. The agent is paid to do this job, to ensure that all outstanding documents are in order, to ensure that payment is transferred on time into Julia's account. This is absolutely unacceptable, the incompetence of the Agent is SHOCKING!
