Tried getting hold of Lydia multiple times over this week to view a property for sale. No response, no answer.<br> <br> The moment she answered her phone over the weekend, sounding like she just woke up, and having to repeat myself several times, I should've known it's a complete waste of time.<br> <br> Way back when PGP still had class, I was proud to be part of the team. But as most other things in South-Africa, this too has gone to hell.<br> <br> Thanks for NO help and don't bother contacting me, I'd rather was my face with sandpaper than spend another minute trying to buy a house from YOU Lydia.<br> <br> TIP: If a potential buyer PHONES YOU, it mean's they are interested in doing business with YOU. Treat the people who might end up paying the ridiculous commission you earn a little bit better.
