AN AGENT FROM HELL

I don't know if you can assist me ,i got a flat last minute in dune crest number 234 from an agent from Pam Golding's his name is Karl Merckel. I moved in on Friday currently I'm sleeping in my couch for the past 4 days, Karl did not remove the owners belongings ,we agreed on Monday as he told me that he could not find someone to move the stuff on short notice ?,I offered my people that were moving stuff but said he could not let the owner pay as the owner has paid too much already (that I really didn't understand) ?,I'm literally living in a suitcase ,can't access the bedroom as the owners 2 beds plus my bed have taken over room ,and not to mention the kitchen , there hardly any space to move around,and I moved in without the place being cleaned, opened the toilet seat and there was pee there from I don't know when probably from a couple of months cause the smell was so unbearable,I paid for the place and ive been given such poor service ?.I posted on Pam Golding's Facebook page and a guy by the name of Nazmie Anthony called me that was 11am today,he said his gonna contact the owner ,like I'm confused why would he want to speak to the owner cause I'm not dealing with the owner I'm dealing with his colleague. Still till now I haven't heard anything,
