ALIDA SUSDORF - Milnerton Rental Agent UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & ENTITLED!!!

I am outraged by this rude woman! She called me, not announcing who she was, proceeded to ask me who I am. When I asked her what she was calling about she did not respond and asked me for my address. I asked her which address she was calling in connection about, when she FINALLY told me, I told her that that is not my address. This RUDE, ENTITLED, UNPROFESSIONAL woman proceeds to HANG UP on ME!!!

I called her back, telling her that I actually have a property through Pam Golding and I do not at all appreciate how she handled the call. She does not apologise, instead tries making a barrage of weak excuses about why she called. When I explained to her that I am not interested in the context of the call, I want her to apologise for the manner in which she handled the call, she gave a weak and flimsy "I am sorry BUT I have been asked to call someone by Mark/Mike (whatever the name was)...........". I immediately cut her off and told her if she was not understanding that she was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, and she needs to apologise for that then I am wasting my time!

SO INCREDIBLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I expect more from Pam Golding staff!!!
