Agent refuses to give back my wardrobe

I am having a problem with this agent. In January 2015 i signed a lease to stay at unit 310 Liberty in Braamfontein and the agent delayed to sign is part. He expressly said he does not care who stays thereh, as long as I pay rent (main leaseholder). So I decided to sublet and he said it was fine. After a week he saw how I had divided the place and took advantage of that opportunity and kicked out my tenant at night (I had bought wardrobes and study desks to invest in the place). I managed to take everything and left one wardrobe as it did not have space and he said it's fine, i can come take it later. Now that I came looking for my wardrobe, he does not want to bring it back. He comes up with excuses and start ignoring my calls and whatsapp texts. All I want is my wardrobe and he delays is really inconveniencing me.
