Terrible treatment and service

If I could put zero stars I would. Terrible treatment and terrible service. Extremely dissapointed. The treatment charges were wrong and excessive for the amount of treatment actually received, I phoned and asked for a quote and received a much higher bill after treatment, I even discussed the cost with Pam in her rooms and still received a higher invoice afterwards. More talking was done about Pam's personal life than actual treatment which was a total of 10mins only for the hour that I was there. When I questioned the bill I was harassed on email, calls and Whatsapp while I was at work about paying the bill straight away and accused of being disrespectful for questioning the bill which I put in the most polite way. Treatment did not help at all. I won't be going back or recommending anyone.
