Pathetic Customer Service from Palucraft

I have ordered a book from Palucraft on the 26/03/2024. I realized that I do not need it anymore before delivery. The company responded that they wont refund me because they have sent the item to the corrier company which is not my problem. This is a bad customer services and I was not expecting them to operate like this. This is their response below: This is not how the business operates. Your order has long been fulfilled and already out on delivery. Thus, a refund at this point is not eligible (T's & C's app****) and you can use have the book and use it when the time permits.
