Pals Clinic Inhumane Services

I must say I was extremely upset this morning.<br> <br> I have been using The Pals Clinic since my boy was born, March 2014 and today I must say I felt very unwelcome and truly unsatisfied with your services.<br> <br> I do understand their working hours being from 07h50-09h00 on a Friday. <br> <br> I was 4 minutes early this morning (please take note that I did not even check my watch when I got out of the car - I actually thought I was late due to all the mist driving all the way from Henley on Klip).<br> <br> Both of the nurses were inside the clinic - the lights and heaters were on and they were having coffee.<br> <br> Was it really too much to ask to let me in as:<br> 1. It is winter and was 5 degrees this morning<br> 2. I am six month pregnant<br> 3. My boy is on my hip and also freezing<br> <br> I did not expect of them to start working, however was it too much to ask to let me out of the cold to sit inside while they finished their coffee?<br> <br> Below on their website they claim to create a friendly, warm and helping environment?
