Palmwoods abusive hostess.

We were being accomodated by this guest house. When we arrived after a work day there was no power or water. When we enquired regarding what action plan had been put in place we were shouted at by the hostess. The room was in total darkness and we were thinking why could there not have been emergency lights or candles provided. There is a swimming pool full of water, why could staff not have strategically placed buckets of water and one could at least flush toilets. Before those questions could be addressed the hostess became obnoxious and shouted at us. We accept power goes off, but in the past they provided rechargeable lights. The water issue is unavoidable but ample water is available in the swimming pool. All it requires is some initiative. I would not recommend this establishment as they don't have any emergency plan whatsoever.
