I have paid in money with eft about 4 times..the money never gets put on my online acc.i have send them e-mails with the proof of paynent but no respond.the help-desk e-mail.os useless.have sent about 12e-mails with no responds..the online agents disconnectvu if u start your complaint and if u win and reqeust payout it just dont happen..i have lost about R2000-00 in 2weeks..they jusy simply dont care about the customers and refuse to help u if any problem accures..i think that i should report them to the gambling comission of south africa..they are a bunch off dishonest people and should be closed down.
