Pathetic customer service

They have rats there. I went there to wash my car and had to wait for hours just to get assistance. When I went to check if they were done I was told they're still busy but it was evident they had not even touched it. I immediately said to them this car has not been washed and it's only then they confessed that there was a rat in my car which got out of the other customer's car and went straight into mine. I then told them to make 100% sure that they get it out because I won't be leaving with something I didn't come with. I gave them amble time to ensure that they get it out and wash the car and when I went to fetch the car they blatantly **** and said they took it out and it's no longer there. All the manager was concerned about was the payment and not the rat issue. I went home trusting that they were truthful but only to wake up the following day with feaceas underneath my car which clearly shows that they never took that thing out and they just played me for a fool. I went back a day later because by the time I knocked off they had already closed. When I got there I spoke to the rude owner and her rude manager. When I explained everything to them I was told it's not their problem and when I bring my car I should know that it's at my own risk. They were extremely rude and not once did they apologize or take accountability for this. I've never experienced such rude and pathetic service. I've never felt so disgusted, humiliated and so disrespected by both the manager and the owner. The two of them went on to even telling me next time they'll put snakes in my car and that I should never ever set foot there. I will not be recommending that car wash to anyone and will be telling them not only about the pathetic customer service but the rat infestation that there at that car wash and how a customer will be told it's at their own risk should a rat go into their cars. The manager and owner need to learn how to treat customers and show a level of professionalism if they can't do that then that car wash must be shutdown. We can't be taking our cars to get cleaned only to come back with rats and then get told nonsense by rude people who don't know how to run a business. The manager and that owner are rude and pathetic.
