Employee damaged my car - R7500

I took my Mercedes Benz in for a valet last week @R600. When I fetched it the CD would not eject from the CD player and the sun screen electronic lights would not work when the mirrors were opened.<br> One of the cleaners informed me that a supervisor pressed the safety belt buckle into the CD player! The manager advised me to take the car in for a quote and send the quote to them. I took the car for a quote and the damage was over R7000 - confirmed that there was tampering/physical damage. I submitted the claim to the carwash just to receive a letter today that thy do not accept any liability to damages!<br> People, do NOT take your car there unless you want to have serious damage!
