Bad car polishing

Took my car for a full wash and polish. Came back 2 hours later just to find a terrible polishing job. The excuse I received is the marks and spots does not come off, only to find out at home with our own car polish, it comes off without any effort/difficulty. Very disappointed, will not be going back and do not recommend.
