Deceiving Customers

I was recommended Palmetrics as an integration between Takealot and Xero Accounting & between Shopify and Xero Accounting. I spent quite a lot of time starting the integration, only to eventually be told that they actually hadn't even developed this feature yet. There is a page on their website, with a clear line connecting xero to both of the above programs. I requested that they at the very least change that page & yet, months later, it is still up!
