Way above par, time after time

I have been insured through Palmer Insurance Advisors for over ten years now, yet am still surprised at just how efficient they are every time I deal with them. During htis period I have had two claims and in both cases they were settled without any hassle and in record time (one within 2 days of filing). Why can't all service organisations be this good?
