All round pathetic

I do not recommend this accommodation to any guest. Very poor management, bad attitude and an all round horrible experience. My car was crashed by the complex gates being closed on it whilst making my way out and management refuses to take responsibility of the damages. Claiming to have footage of the incident and refuses for me to view it. This place is Pathetic!
