I had been struggling with numerous tyre shops: - one ordered and wanted to fit 4 year-old tyres (after they themselves said tyres last only 5 years from production before the rubber starts perishing) - the other fitted the wrong size tyres and then called me a **** when I told them that was not what I had ordered

Then I called Palm Tyres Ndabeni, dealt with Karen. Very professional, was ontop of the "case", knew they had to source the right size, she repeated the size and made sure it was correct, she acknowledged my request to check the manufacturing dates on the tryes, and as soon as the tyres were in, she called to advise me to come in. She also confirmed the tyres were new production stock (which they were). Seamless, worry-free, reliable service. And cheaper than the other places I had had terrible experiences in and around Cape Town with.
