Incorrect tire balancing

I had 5 tires fitted to a Subaru Forester at Palm Tires Somerset West only to find that the balancing of the tires were not correct. The next day I took the car to SupaQuick Bellville. They checked each tire before removing the balancing weights,each tire but one needed to be re balanced. <br> <br> My email to Palm Tires, to notify them, was not acknowledged in any way. At no stage did I expect them to pay for the rework. I simply wanted to let them know they have a problem with their equipment or staff. <br> <br> There is a lot more to beating everybody else on price, workmanship and common decency in replying to a complaint also counts. <br> <br> Thank you SuppaQuick Belliville (Marius/Stanley) for great service.
