Unprofessional

I booked 2 villas at this estate for my family, via booking.com and the accommodation cancelled on us without consent and without providing an alternative accommodation. Their reason for cancellation is that they have a client who will be staying longer therefore they make more money. So what about us who booked in January? They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don’t book this place if you actually want a place to stay. They value money over good customer service.
