DONT CONSIDER STAYING AT PALM SPRINGS!!!!

Where do I even start? 1) Messy apartments 2) More than 2x increase on their rates, annually. 3) They do not want to pay deposits back. I was advised by other residents that i shouldn't pay rent and just go, i did otherwise (paid) and gave notice in time because I thought doing things correctly will get me my deposit and plus they had new management ( ****) who now also tells me there is nothing he can do. They are taking me pillar to post. Save your money and do not even think of going to stay there!!! 4) There is no maintenance. I have emails from 2022 saying they are still gathering quotes for some of the things in their complex!
