Maintenance Court Order

I Am writing this email regarding complaints or service that I have received at Palmridge Court Maintenance Office regarding maintenance cases.

Last year November I went to Palm Ridge court regarding maintenance order of my child, my ex husband retrenched in September I have last received payment in October, I phoned RTT why there is no payment in November they told me that he was retrenched I must take it up with Alexander Forbes which I did they told me what need to be done by court in order to pay me maintenance. I went to court in November 2023. I knocked at Tyniko's office and she chased me away. I said to her I want to ask you something regarding maintenance. She told me that I must go to the other offices. She's not the one who worked with maintenance. I left I went to the office next door the guy told me to go to the 1st floor I went I met the lady by the name of Keabetswe and I explained my story she said we need to get my file and she will accompany me to Tyniko she's the one who worked with court orders. We went with Kea to look for my files; it was nowhere to be found . Kea promise me that she will keep on looking for it once she got the file she will call me, after a week she called said she can't find it but she will ask Hilda the supervisor in maintenance what must she do, after a week I called in she said we need to open a new file luckily I still had all copies with me we opened a file and was given to Steve to take it to Alexander Forbes. The file stayed with Steve. There was no one who could do a court order for me because Tyniko will be back in January . In January I got new maintenance officer Linda she tried to help me but she had her own work to do so I had to do my own investigation at Alexander Forbes requesting them to send the statement of my ex to her so that we can see how much was paid to him , lady from Alexander asked me the email address of maintenance officer and I gave her and statement was send to Linda. when I called Linda want to find out about progress she was busy, I had to go to palm ridge twice week she said my file is with Steve he need to go to the bank to find out how much money left , so that they can do court order this matter dragged with Steve till end of Jan . I went to report them to Court Manager Madichaba Malebye and she called all of them in her office Linda,Hilda and Steve . I have made things worse by doing that. From there my file was not attended anymore , in February I went to Court Manager again and she promised to get someone from Germiston or Heidelberg to deal with my case interns of getting balance from his bank. I waited Feb ,March in April I called Linda to find out how far with the process she told me that she's no more dealing with my file was given to Amos from Heidelberg to do investigtion and she send me email same day from Amos , according to email investigations was done in Feb and was send to Steve and Hilda but I was not informed about it, The money was withdraw from his account. I only found out when she forwarded the email to me , then I asked her if there was any more money in the bank. What about preservation? She told me that Amos will deal with the matter, In October I called Linda's office number with no reply.

Then I went back to my email I sent to Amos Heidelberg. I asked him if I could come and see him regarding maintenance and he said yes . When I get there I explained my situation he was shocked because he has done investigation in February, He was very understanding and helpful and he asked me how can he helped I said I think if we can get Preservation statement it will be ok , the we sat down with him I gave him email address from the Financial manager that she has been helping me from last year and he send the email in two days we received statement and Amos said I must take it to Palm ridge to do court order. Then I went to the Court Manager again and she said we must send a statement to Nelly to assist , we have done that . The following day i went to court to meet Nelly explained my story again from last year , she took the phone and call Steve and he says to Nelly he has close my file because there was no money in the account and she asked him did you inform the lady he said is not his job to inform and and he was very very rude with his respond to my surprise all the people has been get helped but what have I done to get this treatment from Steve ? We went to the court manager with Nelly to explain what Steve said to us . Court manager instructed Nelly to assist me with the court order and she agreed but the problem is my second file is missing again. Nelly was willing to assist me but she has other commitments on her own job and the time was not enough cause she had to go on leave and come back on 9/12. Court manger said maybe Nelly must speak to Amos to carry on with court order, she said that Nelly must speak to Amos , on the 27/11 /2024 Nelly wrote email to Amos to ask him if he can assist me because she's going on leave and I cant wait any longer because this matter is more than a year I was with her when she wrote email. If this matter was sorted in November 2023, I wouldn't be in arrears with my child school fees and the money left on preservation is not even enough to cover everything.

On the 2nd Dec 2024 I went to Amos to find out how far with the court order , he called his supervisor and they explained to me that Amos was only assisting with the investigation of statement not to continue with the case because court order must be done at palm ridge where I opened my files which is TRUE. No one is willing to help me at Palm ridge court

Steve and Hilda fails me this case was supposed to be sorted in November 2023 but now we are in December 2024 I still have not paid school fees this year cause I was hoping the public servants they will do what they are hired for I'm very hurt and disappointed where i even think maybe it's personal but i don't why ?

The person who really plays a big part is Steve by npt doing his job Hilda is the supervisor for maintenance but she does not have the forms for court order HOW ? Keabetswe keep it up the good heart that you have , thanks a lots
