Bad service from rude waitress

I experienced a poor service from a very rude waitress at Cappuccinos Lephalale. I really feel like Employer needs to check how the Customers are treated. I was travelling on Business and Booked at Palmpark hotel. I had to use cappuccino for my dinner. I was doing takeaway therefore I ordered Milkshake to enjoy it while waiting for my dinner. The waitress that was assisting me was very rude . While waiting for my milkshake she came with it on a tray and while she was putting it on the table, the glass rolled from the tray spilling the drink. She just took the glass walked away. Came back with attitude to tell me that I have to wait for another 5 minutes while they are preparing the cream, I asked why the cream only and she said because it’s only cream that spilled but I saw even some of the drink spilled. But the reason it spilled is she put it like she s throwing it. After some time she came back with the drink put it on the table and walked away . No apology for the inconvenience caused by her bad attitude towards customer and the manner she serve them. Am really disappointed because I noticed that certain people from different race are treated differently in this place. My night and appetite ruined. I won’t recommend anyone to come here, Never
