Delay of car repairs

My car has been with Palm Motors for almost 3 weeks now. Now to fix my car they said they are investing a wrong part been ordered. Why will my car repairs delay because of their inefficiency. I question them as to when the parts for my car will be delivered for repairs but they did not give me a clue as to when the car will be repaired. How am i supposed to get to work because of their inefficiency. Someone is really not doing his work. Soo ****ed right now.
