Delaying tactics

On the 1st of June 2026, I was bumped by a Coca-Cola truck managed by Eqstra, JMPD officers attended the scene, their driver acknowledged his mistake. Since day 1 i have been taking from pillar to post, a lady by the name of Lesedi Motaung was handling my case. She then referred me to their attorneys (Palm & Hollander) I called them several times and i was told my reference is not yet loaded on the system, I called Aqstra again and was given a different reference. A guy by the name of Anton Hollander sent me an email and requested more pictures and documents to deal with my claim I had hope that something was happening up until I asked for the turnaround time, then he said this might take months depending on Aqstra investigation. I feel i have been played while I was never at fault and my car is damaged because of their driver
