Palm Dune lodge

Went to Palm Dune lodge on a nice wedding day of a friend.After requesting wet wipes or something to clean our hands we were shown the bathroom.Thinking it's just the waiter's attitude,we asked for the manager- Kevin who literally showed us the bathroom and further said there is nothing they can do. On his way down the stairs he said give them alcohol spray then.what about HYGIENE especially from the dining area? Disappointing for an Four star hotel
