False advertising and dirty place: Palm Dune Beach Lodge

I booked the accomodation on the 20th of November 2019 for checking in on the 27th of December 2019. The place looks clean and decent from the website. However upon checking in, it was a different experience, the place is filthy with dirty brown linen, even the premises including the pool are dirty. This is pure false advertising, in addition on the website they say they have a Spa however upon inquiring the Spa is not operational, this is further proof that they are misrepresenting information. Also about 3 days before checking in, I was emailed a letter that states we need to bring our own towels as part of the self-catering option, which is really strange as all this information is not presented before booking and paying. Upon seeing the place on the day of checking in,I did raise my concern that we were not even provided with towels and tea, to which the manager rep**** by saying he will provide these as a favour. I left and few hours later called for cancellation as I had searched and found a decent place. The general manager was rude over the phone and refused to refund me my money and referred me to a cancellation policy. This doesn't make any sense as I came for checking in but unhappy because they mislead people on the internet pictures. Please don't book this place.
