Worst experience I have had purchasing something

Let me start out by saying that Riaan (the owner) seems to be a nice guy, but the service I experienced from him goes beyond unprofessional. <br> A snippet of my experience is that we ordered a bed and it took months of basically harassing Riaan and essentially writing off our deposit before we got the bed.<br> <br> The bed was much too high and after being promised for 6 months that riaan would come and alter it/swap it for one of reasonable height, Riaan blocked us on whats app and is otherwise completely unreachable.<br> <br> I have after over 6 months of essentially unanswered communications on my part finally given up on wasting my life trying to resolve this issue with Riaan and will now attempt to recoup my losses to some extent by selling the bed.<br> <br> Order at your own risk.
