Great Service and Wonderful Patio Suite

I just want to commend Riaan on the great service I received, when dealing with Palletworx.<br> <br> We ordered a patio suite via facebook and dealt with Riaan via email. Delivery of the suite was within a few days.<br> <br> After a few months, I saw a different suite on their facebook page and I queried about it. I told Riaan that I loved it and, was there anyway that we could swap sets. He was very accommodating and, after a week or so and paying a small upgrade fee, we received our new set. <br> <br> Given the fact that there was nothing wrong with our first set, Riaan did not at all have to agree to the swap but, he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. <br> <br> I definitely recommend them and will use them again plus, they are great value for money!
