Bad attitude. No delivery!

Received a quote of R3300 for an 8 seater patio set + R800 for delivery to Durban. Paid a deposited and was promised delivery end Feb. MANY emails & excuses later we still do not have our patio set. Georgia eventually offered a refund payable in installments over several months. Received first payment and nothing since. I have since been threatened by a lawyer and just received this: The report you wrote about Palletworx has been deemed \Inappropriate"by the Supplier who says:<br> <br> <br> <br> 'This client is in Durban and I am in Pretoria"
