I would rather wait for a tree to grow.

Avoid at all costs! They are have less than zero customer service and furthermore, answering a phone, email or WhatsApp is beyond their capabilities. I would rather plant a sapling and wait for it to grow into a tree and then make my own planks than deal with them. My timeline: 27/10 - Contacted them via WhatsApp 28/10 - Chased them up 28/10 - Received a "Contact you tomorrow" reply. 01/11 - Sent detailed plans and requirements 03/11 - Chased them up again 26/11 - Still no response.
