Poor quality, bad service

I bought me a palladium, it broke, i still have another broken pair (broke after 3 months, was also discontinued) . When returning the one they gave me a credit note and said i can only buy palladium again. I waited 4 months for the new 2018 stock, i finally decided on a pair. When i bought it the salesman said i was the 1st person to buy it. This pair broke after 3months too. After returning it, they said they not giving me a slip as i cant return it again. Also, a guy named Junaid was there a few times and has a very bad attitude. Palladium called me once to tell me the summer stock has arrived, i got there 8:50pm just to see the takkies, junaid asked me "why do i come 5min before they close". I went there today and he was laughing sarcastically because i returned my broken shoes. This is unacceptable, i am a client and i own 4 pairs of palladium's.
