Great service, Terrible product.

These stars are for their efficient service, NOT the product....

Bought a pair of blue nylon High tops, 1799, just a few weeks back, in my size, UK9, waited about a week for delivery, when they arrived, they were boats...sizing was way off, too big... request a return for 1 size down (you'd think they would tell you online, or at least a sizing chart)... return logged, almost 2 weeks to facilitate return and send new shoes....service was good.

New shoes arrive: put them on, and the right one is perfect, the left one has a slight dimple behind the toe cap, ( surely should've been flagged as a default ) also left shoe feels funny/skew...i figure maybe i give it some time to wear in... after a few weeks, my right shoe has the normal top crease, my left shoe (still feels skew) has many, many creases on top.. and my foot still feels like its been suffocated...and then to pour salt in the wound, they now selling for 899.... sure to leave a bad taste in anyones mouth..

To say i regret the purchase, would be an understatement, to think i could've got a locally made pair of leather shoes for the same price!

DON'T buy shoes online.
