Complaint

Made a Laybye on August at Palladium in Century City fine. Was retrenched at work on September. Went to their shop to cancel my Laybye as I would not be able to pay it off the shop assistant said they cannot help me with that the only person who can is their manager but unfortunately he is not around. I tried to call them to find out whether the manager is around but they always tell me to try tomorrow or he just went. Im starting to think otherwise. ****** ******!!!!!!!
