Poor Support

Since I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 I have been having a problem with Palladium. My software doesn't connect with the server that is on my laptop. Their support staff have this 'I don't care attitude'. What really frustrates me is that their software is truly superior but their support is atrocious.
